Spicy Italian courgette slices
Very easy to prepare and great in taste. These chilli courgette slice go well as a side dish with every grilled meat, cheese or whatever you can think of.
Ingredients For 4 Pers.
2 courgettes
1 chili
1 garlic clove
1 lemon
Sea salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Preparation
- Cut the zucchini into very thin strips and lay them out on a large plate.
- Finely chop the chili and garlic and spread over the courgettes. Season generously with olive oil, sea salt and pepper and lemon juice.
- Lay out the courgette strips on the Barbecue and grill both sides until brown.
- Enjoy hot or cold.
Fresh, seasoned pork kebabs with watermelon
Savoury and sweet… something for true food lovers. These fillet skewers are a welcome alternative to the always the same grilled meat. With a fresh and sour note of lemon and watermelon.
Ingredients For 2 Pers.
500g pork tenderloin
800g watermelon
1 lemon
0,5 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp oregano (dried or fresh)
0,5 tsp aniseed
1 tsp savory (dried)
2 tsp Fleur de Sel (if not available simple sea salt)
1-2 tbsp of oil
Preparation
- Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces. Chop the aniseed, savory, oregano and paprika with a knife and crush with the side of the knife. Rub the fillet pieces in the spice mixture, add a dash of oil and divide the pieces of meat onto large metal skewers
- Wash lemon with hot water and dry. Grate the peel. Add the fleur de sel to the lemon zest
- Cut melon into 2 cm thick pieces.
- Fry the fillet skewers on the grill or in a pan with a little extra oil for 5-6 minutes on all sides. Serve the skewers and melon on a plate and season with some lemon salt.
Tzatziki pasta salad
Rich, yet fresh. The Tzatziki spices up boring pasta salads. Our secret tip: mix in whole olives. This gives the Greek taste its finishing touch.

Ingredients For 4 Pers.
500g pasta (fusilli, penne, or similar)
½ Cucumber
250g cherry tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
250g cream quark
100g crème fraiche
Parsley
Chives
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Preparation
- Cook pasta in salted water according to instructions on packet.
- Tzatziki: Put crème fraiche and curd cheese in a bowl. Grate cucumber, finely chop or press garlic and add to the same bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Let the pasta cool slightly after draining and then put it in a large bowl together with tzatziki. Halve the tomatoes and mix well together with the noodles and tzatziki.
- Chop parsley and chives finely. Season salad with parsley, salt and pepper.
- Serve chilled.
