WORKING COULDN’T BE MORE STYLISH: TAKE A LOOK AT THE NEW STYLE AND DESIGN OFFICES!

Munich now offers another stylistic highlight: the new German headquarters of the US media company Condé Nast has moved into its new offices at Oskar-von-Miller-Ring 20. We are now showing the first insights into the new stylish office concept.

Work can’t be more stylish. The completely renovated, new office extends over more than 5,600 sq.m. and is connected by two floors. The heart of the office is the 140 sqm light-flooded lounge, where employees can meet and communicate in a relaxed atmosphere. At the same time, they can work on the move, take breaks, hold informal appointments and hold events.

Another highlight are the conference rooms: Named after international fashion cities, the interior concept refers to famous designers from the respective regions: New York (Charles and Ray Eames), Paris (Jean Prouvé), Berlin (Bauhaus) and Milan (Gio Ponti). Functional furniture and partition walls structure the open work areas. Lounge chairs in the inner courtyard, which is equipped with WLAN and sockets, and the newly introduced Flex Work regulation invite Condé Nast employees to choose their work location flexibly. This is what we call Workplace of the Future.

“Our aim was to create a place that would convey our aesthetic claim and the identity of Condé Nast and invite us to feel productive. Our new offices, with their flowing, well-structured open-space areas, various retreats and meeting points, also support cultural change and promote exchange, networking and agile processes., says Moritz von Laffert, Editor of Condé Nast Germany.
